For my 21st, i have decided that I will be having a fancy dress party. The theme is open, but I have no idea what to go as. I’m a brunette and have quite pale skin want to go as something/someone that matches that. So far i have Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Belle from The Beauty and the Beast. any other ideas?
