Im hosting a fancy dress party, and I am going as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, and want to turn my red patent shoes into glittery ruby slippers!
I am not sure which would be the best glue to use…. woould PVA just peel off? would epoxy resin be too hard? super glue is quite fiddly, and would be almost impossible to coat two whole shoes in and coat with glitter….
please help!

Spray adhesive and then sprinkle with glitter and then cover with decoupage medium. All available in small quantities in any craft store.
Good luck!
Try varnish, then sprinkle on the gliter when wet, then varnish over the top.
Modge Podge.
