Ideas for halloween costumes?

im a 13 yr old girl
i want to make my own halloween costume just buying a few things
i do not want to be a witch or a vampire or anything like that
nothing slutty either
i thought of dorothy or nerd
i want sumthin cute and creative
maybe colourul

Glue smarties packages (the little tubes) to pants, and make them "Smartie Pants" (puns)
Could wear some pajamas, and doll them up, and be "Pajama Girl" as seen on Wizards of Waverly Place on Disney Channel
Buy some big bags of skittles, and buy white shirt, pants, hat, and maybe shoes, and glue skittles to them. It’s colorful, and I just thought of it. I’d use super glue for the skittles though…
Hmm… other than that, look up Harper from Wizards of Waverly place costumes on google. She’s had marker dresses and stuff.

You could wear a green dress and tie plastic snakes into your hair and be Medusa. Make it a bit better by dolling up with green eyeshadow and drawing a few snakes onto your skin with eyeliner. Fairly cheap and you can be almost certain no one else will be doing it.
