For my friend’s 18th birthday, she’s having a jungle-themed fancy dress house party.

The dress is glittery and much brighter in real life and comes down just above the knee. I was thinking maybe a turquoise waist belt if it’s too loose and long:

I am going to waer my blue dress from dorothy perkins which is just above my knee, black tights, big black belt round my middle, black pumps, black short cardigan, have my hair curled, nice glittery blue eye make up and curl my hair, wear a witches hat have a little coldren thingy and go as a witch??

My daughter is goin fancy dress as Dorothy n needs ruby slippers. I have pink sparkley glitter pumps made of plastic with pink glitter on them. Whats best way to make them RED and glittery? Types of paint? Glue and glitter? Would glitter on them show through paint? What would work best? Thanks xx

Im hosting a fancy dress party, and I am going as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, and want to turn my red patent shoes into glittery ruby slippers!
I am not sure which would be the best glue to use…. woould PVA just peel off? would epoxy resin be too hard? super glue is quite fiddly, and would be almost impossible to coat two whole shoes in and coat with glitter….
please help!
